We refer to the recent Development Permit for Material Change of Use (34 Multiple dwelling units) issued over the above
site. In accordance with s75 of the Planning Act 2016, and further to our recent request to suspend the applicant’s appeal
period, we hereby submit the change representations in relation to the approval.

The change representations sought are provided as follows;
