               17 April 2025, Council decided your representations. This negotiated decision notice replaces the
               decision notice of 19 December 2024.

               Council on 19 December 2024, decided to issue the following type of approval:
               •       Material Change of Use - Undefined use
               In relation to representations, Council on 17 April 2025 decided to:
               A.      Agree to amend conditions 12, 57, 58, 66, 68, 76, 81, 86, 97 & 98.
               B.      Delete condition 44.
               C.      Refuse to amend condition 88 and 96 as:
                       a.     Condition 88 is a reasonable and relevant condition as the proposed use is a vulnerable
                              use and patrons are required to be evacuated when the fire danger rating is Extreme
                              and Catastrophic as this mitigation strategy is aligned with QFES guidance material.
                              Condition 96 relates to upgrades to the Kabi Road intersection necessitated by the
                              current proposal and increase to the number of patrons using the site.
