INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 20 MAY 2014
Applications
A total of 8 applications were received, requesting $20,995. Five applications totalling $10,550
are being recommended by the Committee for Council’s consideration and endorsement (see
Attachment 1).
Assessment
Applications were assessed and scored in accordance with the following set RADF assessment
criteria:
1. The project will develop the paid artist’s professional life;
2. The project will benefit the community, both directly and indirectly;
3. The project is well planned and achievable; and
4. The project will increase the sustainably of quality and diverse creative communities.
In accordance with RADF Guidelines, Committee members were required to declare any conflicts
of interest and once declared, the Committee member was then not involved in related
deliberations.
Assessment was a two stage process. First individual RADF Committee members assessed
applications, and then the whole Committee discussed outcomes, allocated funds to successful
applicants and provided final comments on all submissions.
Committee Recommendations
Five applications are recommended for funding, totalling $10,110. The projects recommended for
funding are excellent in quality and diversity, and will employ a broad range of artists and arts
