EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Easter 2014 Free Holiday Buses initiative was conducted between 14 April and 21 April
2014 with estimated passenger boardings of approximately 33,000 over the 8-day period.
Estimated passenger data received from TransLink indicates that passenger numbers for Easter

increase in passenger boardings was recorded (4,358 in 2013, 13,738 in 2014).

The Noosa Heads Lions Park was utilised as a car park for 3 days (19 April to 21 April, 2014),
with 1,200 vehicles utilising the car park during this time.
