Re:                                  Proposed Service Station Redevelopment at
                                  Corner of Mary Street and Weyba Road, Noosaville

We refer to the above matter and specifically to Noosa Council’s Information Request (dated 16 August
2019) and advise the following information is submitted as our response to the information requested
from Council.

The following points relate to the corresponding points of Council’s information request.

    1. Both driveway cross-overs have been modified and narrowed to only be as wide as required to
       accommodate the articulated vehicle, please refer to the revised concept plans CC-3668 Revision
       DR6 for details;
    2. New swept paths have been provided including clearance envelopes, please refer to the revised
       turning path plans CC-3668 Revision DR6 DWG TP04 – TP06 for details;
    3. Please find attached to this response the MUSIC model files for your review. Refer to figure 1 and
       2 below for screen shots from the MUSIC model detailing the parameters used for bioretention
       basin A and B respectively;
    4. Further specifications on the filter media have been added to the concept plans, please refer to
       CC-3668 Revision DR6 DWG CON03 and CON04 for details;
    5. The bioretention basin planting list has been modified not to include any tree’s, please refer to
       the revised concept plans CC-3668 Revision DR6 DWG CON03 and CON04 for details;
    6. The northern bioretention basin has been moved to be positioned adjacent the western property
       boundary clear of the existing sewer main, please refer to the revised concept plans CC-3668
       Revision DR6 for details;
    7. The outlet from the eastern bioretention basin has been moved to the existing stormwater pit in
       Weyba Road, please refer to the revised concept plans CC-3668 Revision DR6 for detail; and
