3.4               Site Monitoring
All water quality data, including dates of rainfall, dates of testing, testing results and dates of water release,
must be kept in an on-site register. The register is to be maintained up to date for the duration of the
approved works and be available on-site for inspection by request.
All environmentally relevant incidents must be recorded in a field log that must remain accessible to all
relevant regulatory authorities.

3.5               Water Quality Criteria
Water quality criteria for discharge from the site are detailed within the relevant Environmental Management
Plan.
