Noosa Civic Engineering Report 1 Introduction QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd (QIC) is proposing to expand Noosa Civic located at 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville, within Noosa Shire. The site to be developed is east of the existing shopping centre, and is currently in an undeveloped natural state. Cardno (Qld) Pty Ltd (Cardno) has been commissioned to provide engineering and environmental management planning services to QIC in relation to the construction and use of the proposed expansion.
