A. Award contract no. CN00375 Retaining Wall Reconstruction - Arkana Drive to
Sunshine Civil Solutions Pty Ltd for the lump sum price of $409,904.22 (excl.
GST); and
B. Authorise the CEO to negotiate the final contract with Sunshine Civil Solutions
Pty Ltd.
