5.5 Zoning
The site is located within the Medium Density Residential zone which can be seen in the below Figure 19. The
purpose of the Medium Density Residential zone code is to provide for medium density multiple dwellings and
community uses, and small-scale services, facilities and infrastructure, to support local residents.

The purpose of the zone code is achieved by addressing the Overall outcomes, which have been assessed
comprehensively throughout Table 12.
