 1       INTRODUCTION
 1.1      Background
          ADG Engineers (Aust.) Pty Ltd was engaged by Aspect Architects to carry out a Site Based
          Stormwater Management Plan (SBSMP) suitable for submission to Noosa Shire Council (NSC) and
          any required referral agencies for a proposed Eco Resort Extension to the current RACV Noosa
          Resort located at 94-142 Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads QLD 4567.

          The purpose of this Stormwater Management Plan is to provide advice on the proposed development
          about stormwater drainage, stormwater quality and quantity measures, and flooding. The required
          infrastructure will be subject to the conditions attached to the Development Approval to be provided
          by Noosa Shire Council and any nominated referral agencies.

 1.2      Background Information
          This report was compiled using information from the following sources:

            ‘Dial Before You Dig’ (DBYD) As-Constructed information;

            NSC interactive mapping via DBYD (Refer to Appendix G);

            NSC flood and stormtide inundation mapping (Refer to Appendix G);

            Detailed survey plan prepared by Skyline Surveyors (Refer to Appendix A);

            Architectural drawings by Aspect Architects (Refer to Appendix B); and

            Google Maps Aerial Imagery.

 1.3      Property Detail
          The details of the property for the proposed development can be seen in Table 1 below.
