 2       EXISTING SITE
 2.1     Existing Site Features
         The subject site is currently occupied by the RACV Noosa Resort.

            The site is bound by:

              Noosa Drive to the east

              Sanctuary Drive (internal road within RACV Noosa Resort) east of the development site area

              Weyba Creek Bushland Reserve North, west of the development

              Existing college buildings and ancillary structures internal to the site boundary to the east
               and south; and

              Existing college sporting ovals and Cooroy Creek internally to the west and south-west.

         The site generally slopes from the east to the west at a grade of approximately 6%. The existing site
         features can be seen in Figure 2.
