                      SIDRA Analysis
            Colliers has assessed the performance of the following intersections to confirm the impact of the proposed
            development on the external road network utilising SIDRA analysis software (version 9.1).

                 •    Noosa Drive / Coral Tree Avenue Roundabout
                 •    Noosa Drive / Sunshine Beach Road Roundabout
                 •    Grant Street / Banksia Avenue Roundabout

                      Analysis of Noosa Drive / Coral Tree Avenue

            Figure 3-1 shows the configuration of the Noosa Drive / Coral Tree Avenue roundabout intersection adopted
            in the SIDRA analysis. All default SIDRA inputs were used for the analysis.

            3.1.1     Analysis Results

            The results of the SIDRA analysis for the 2022 Existing, 2025 Base and 2025 Base + Earthworks scenarios
            (both weekdays and weekends) are summarised in Table 3-1 overleaf. Detailed SIDRA output data is also
            included in Attachment C – SIDRA Outputs.
