PLANNING REPORT 25 Pavillion 1 into 10

In terms of the Noosa Plan 2020 mapped watercourse indicated on the Biodiversity Overlay map, a
field survey found this is a mowed swale leading to a formed dam with mostly weed species trees of
camphor laurel and slash pine near the dam. The swale has no defined banks and is not mapped as
a watercourse by the State mapping. Figure 5 below shows the swale.

An ecological assessment report has been provided as part of the submitted documentation that fully
addresses all aspects of the Noosa Plan 2020 and other relevant matters.
