SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES                                                       12 JUNE 2015


PURPOSE OF MEETING

The purpose of the Special Meeting was to consider Noosa Council’s 2015/16
Operational Plan, Budget and associated documents.

2   NOOSA COUNCIL 2015/16 OPERATIONAL PLAN, BUDGET, BUDGET POLICIES AND
    ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

    Councillors considered the documentation contained in the Special Meeting Agenda and
    requested the following amendments:

    1    OPERATIONAL PLAN 2015/16
            Page 7, Working in partnership with our community: include an additional item to
             read “Work with our community by developing local economic initiatives”
            Page 8, Setting policy and strategy: correct typographical error in heading;
            Page 9, Quality service delivery: move item 2 “Resolving Noosa North Shore
             land tenure issues” to section 4, page 10;
            Page 9, Quality service delivery: include an additional item to read “Community
             engagement focus”;
            Page 10, Looking after community assets: add the words “and Kinmond Creek
             Road” to item 3;
            Page 11, A sustainable Council: in item 4, replace the word “annual” with
             “regular”; and
            Page 11, A sustainable Council:             include an additional item to read
             “Implementation of financial sustainability policy”.
