SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES                                                             12 JUNE 2015


     2      BUDGET
               Inclusion of an additional $75,000 in the budget for fixed Unitywater charges for
                Community Groups/Associations;
               Inclusion of a General Rate increase equivalent to 1.3% (CPI); and
               Rating Comparison: Amendment of wording to reflect “rates and charges”.

            Financial Sustainability Policy
             Page 1, paragraph 1: correct typographical error to replace the word “is” with “it”.
            Revenue Policy - No change.
            Revenue Statement
             Inclusion of a General Rate increase equivalent to 1.3% (CPI).

            Debt Management Policy - No change.

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

That Council note the reports presented to the Special Meeting dated 12 June 2015 detailing the
proposed 2015/16 Operational Plan, Budget, Budget Policies and Noosa Council Organisational
Structure and request staff to make the required amendments to the documentation and present
them for adoption at the Special Meeting on 29 June 2015.
