7.1.5       Referable Wetland Mapping
The Referable Wetland Mapping for the Site is presented in Appendix F. No referable wetlands are
identified within the proposed site or immediate surrounding area.

7.1.6       Protected Plants Flora Survey Trigger Map
A Protected Plants Survey trigger map was downloaded and is presented in Appendix G. The results of this
indicate that a protected plant survey is required on the Site under the NC Act (1992). Results of the
Protected Plant Survey are presented in Core’s Protected Plant Survey Report and summarised in Section
8.2 Protected Plants Survey.

7.1.7       Koala Habitat Mapping
The Site is mapped under Koala Conservation in South East Queensland State Planning Regulatory
Provisions. (Presented in Appendix H). The mapping identifies the Site as

ƒ   Within Koala Development Assessable area

ƒ   High Value Bushland Habitat
The policy aims for no net loss of mature koala habitat trees with mature Koala habitat trees considered
species of Eucalyptus,

7.1.8       The Noosa Plan
Under the Noosa Plan the Site is located in Noosaville Locality Plan and is identified in Map 8 as Shire
Business Centre. The Noosaville Biodiversity Overlay of the Site (Map OM8.1- Plate 3 - below) identifies the
Site as:
