7.2 Aerial photograph review
A review of aerial photograph available on Google Earth (June 2004, May 2007 and June 2011) and from
Department of Natural Resources and Mines (DNRM) was undertaken. Aerial photo extracts are presented
in Appendix I – Aerial Photo Review and observations are summarised in Table 2, below.
Overall the aerial photography indicates significant disturbance and clearing of vegetation between 1974 and
1993. Little to no vegetation clearing has occurred since 1993.
