4. CONCLUSION
It is concluded that while the proposal represents a substantial expansion to the existing
Tewantin Noosa RSL and some concern is raised about the scale of the development on the land
as a whole, particularly if the RSL seek further additions in the future, expansion of the RSL is
specifically contemplated by the planning scheme.
