                 10.1 Conclusion

This Operational Management Plan (OMP) has been prepared to formalise
Crackerjack’s commitment to responsible venue operation. It directly addresses
concerns raised by Noosa Council and the community, particularly regarding noise,
waste, staff conduct, and impacts on residential amenity. By implementing the measures
outlined across Sections 1–9, Crackerjack ensures:

                     ● Noise is proactively managed through structural changes, strict protocols, and
                        regular monitoring.

                     ● Safety and security of patrons and staff are prioritised via CCTV, lighting, trained
                        personnel, and structured incident management.
