 Single lane approach on Holts Road

It is anticipated that there will be a posted 60kph speed limit on this section of Myall Street.
Holts Road beyond Taylor Court will essentially form a rural cul-de-sac, as it did before the
construction of the interchange commenced.

TTM are not aware of any other transport projects which may impact or be impacted by the
development proposal.

Land accessing Taylor Court comprises of 4 lots in addition to the subject site and is currently
zoned for industry. The subject site and one other lot are currently used as part of construction
of the Cooroy Interchange. TTM are not aware of any development applications or approvals
over these industrial lots. As such, once the interchange construction project is complete, it is
anticipated that all lots will be available for industrial uses. The cumulative lot area of these 4
industrial lots is 5.718ha (excluding the subject site).

3.3. Public and Active Transport Facilities
The are no public transport facilities within 1km of the subject site. There is currently a
pedestrian path along the south/east frontage of the subject site. There are no other path
facilities on Taylor Court or Holts Road in the vicinity of the site. The 2m wide shoulders on
Holts Road are generally sufficient to be used for cyclists, however signage or line marking for
cyclists is not provided. It appears that the Cooroy Interchange project does not include active
transport facilities.
