5. Proposed Development Details
5.1 Material Change of Use
The applicant is seeking approval for Material Change of Use for Multiple Dwellings (8 dwellings) on the
site located at 25 & 27 Toolar Street, Tewantin legally described as Lots 1 & 2 on RP73072. The
proposed development is intended to be established in accordance with the proposal plan provided at
Appendix A.
This report demonstrates that the proposed development is a consistent use as defined within the Noosa
Plan 2020 and meets the code requirements of the applicable assessment benchmarks. A summary of
the proposed development details is outlined below in Table 4.
