At ground level the outdoor terrace in the private open space includes a roof providing weather
protection and to facilitate use of outdoor spaces consistent with residents’ enjoyment of the subtropical
climate of the Noosa Region in an outdoor space. The terrace roof of Units 5 & 8 result in a setback to
the rear boundary of 2.3m, while Units 6 & 7 are setback approximately 3.3m. This structure is located
at the ground level and is unlikely to result in adverse visual amenity, obstruction of views or result in
excessive building bulk.
