Overhead power lines traverse Toolar Street with a single power pole located within the site frontage
approximately 7 metres east of the western boundary of Lot 1. A telecommunications pit is located at
the north eastern corner of the property in the street verge.

Stormwater gully pits are located in the kerb down slope from the site.

Two existing residential driveways exist in the frontage to each existing parcel. A concrete footpath is
located in the street verge in a varied alignment. Toolar Street features a formed sealed carriageway
with concrete barrier kerb.
