        6. The Road Reserve- Bushland will be subject to a 12 month maintenance period following
           practical completion whereupon Council will then take responsibility for maintenance.

        As indicated on Figure 1-1, there are a number of areas, including the Road Reserve – Bushland,
        sewer corridors, vehicular access to Lots 1 to 13 in RSL area and public pathway areas where there
        will be engineering/infrastructure work areas initially covered by either EMP 1 or 2 that will, on their
        completion, be covered by EMP 3 in regard to ecological restoration works.
