        clearly visible location near the main access point to the work site.

        The ERP Contractor will establish a Complaints and Incidents Register and all legitimate and
        verifiable complaints received will be investigated and logged into the Register, recording:
        •    date, time and method of complaint (e.g. phone, personal contact, letter);
        •    complainant details (name, address and contact details);
        •    nature of complaint;
        •    response initiated;
        •    action taken.

        The objective is to process complaints as quickly as possible and in a consultative manner. The
        complainant should be advised within 48 hours of the status of the investigation and the time frame
        for resolution.

        Significant complaints will be reported to Council’s nominated person and be included in monthly
        reports.

1.8     Incidents Procedure

        The ERP Contractor is to report any incidents of environmental damage (even where damage is
        minimal) to the Project Manager. All incidents will be investigated and logged into the Register,

        Should a significant non-compliance incident occur, the Project Manager will be responsible for
        notifying Council’s nominated person as soon as practicable, but no later than 12 hours after the
        incident. Advice on action to be implemented should be taken from Council’s designated officer

        ERP implementation.

1.9 Monitoring of the ERP Implementation
