        6. The Road Reserve- Bushland will be subject to a 12 month maintenance period following
           practical completion whereupon Council will then take responsibility for maintenance.

        The above is described in further detail in the Ecological Restoration Plan which describes the
        specific nature of works to be undertaken and the performance criteria that will need to be met. As
        indicated Figure 1-1, there are a number of areas, including the Road Reserve – Bushland, sewer
        corridors and public pathway where there will be engineering/infrastructure work areas initially
        covered by either EMP 1 or 2 that will, on their completion, be covered by EMP 3 in regard to
        ecological restoration works.
