        A Conservation Management Plan (CMP) will be jointly prepared by Council and Settlers Cove
        Development Pty Ltd for the RF Thompson Environmental Park in accordance with the Deed.
        Similarly, it is expected that Council will establish management strategies for the Public Esplanade
        and public Park lands (including the construction of a stormwater treatment wetland).

        Figure 1-2 indicates the management boundaries for the various components of the total property area
        for the operational phase of the project area. As indicated in this figure, the Operational section of
        this EMP (Chapter 5) addresses the area indicated as being managed by the bodies corporate within
        the RHD lots.
