            Re:         Request to Extend the Relevant Period of a Development Approval under Section 383 of the
                        Sustainable Planning Act 2009
                        Beach Road Retreats Stage 1 - 30 Beach Road, Noosa North Shore (Lot 2 on SP186169)
                        Council Reference: 132007.742.04


            1. INTRODUCTION


            On behalf of our client, NIT Holdings Pty Ltd, we, Wolter Consulting Group Pty Ltd, under Section 383
            of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA), hereby request to extend the relevant period of the
            abovementioned Development Approval granted over land at 30 Beach Road, Noosa North Shore


            We request that the relevant period be extended for 48 months up to and including 13 December
            2019. The facts and circumstances in support of the requested extension are set out in the following
            sections.


            In support of this request, please find attached to this letter the executed Council Form to Request to
            Change or Extend an Existing Approval. Subject to consideration of our representations regarding
            application fees, we kindly ask that Council issue an invoice to NIT Holdings Pty Ltd C/- Wolter
            Consulting Group for the appropriate fee.
