engagement. This will have no effect on the final delivery date of the plan

4 Complete detailed asset management plans for identified pilot Asset Planning Manager Pilot asset management plans well underway. Consultants are engaged Behind Schedule @

6 Commence detailed design of North Shore Beachfront Property Manager The detailed design has commenced with a number of consultants Ontrack @

works scheduled for completion by April 2018. Site weeding and revegetation
works have also commenced and are ongoing.
7 Review of Noosa Community Support operating model in Community Facilities Manager Paper on the future of Noosa Community Support being developed by the Ontrack @

8 Development of a robust 10-year Capital Works Program Asset Planning Manager 5-year capital program is in place. Working through the development of Behind Schedule @
the renewal programs based on condition assessment reports being
undertaken. These will form the basis of the 10-year program. Following
the resignation of a staff member recruitment of a suitable replacement
has commenced.
