                      Sustainable Planning Act 2009

                      Noosa Shire Council Reference: 132007.742.04


            In accordance with section 372 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 we hereby refer to you a copy of the
            Request to Extend the Relevant Period of a Development Approval lodged with Noosa Shire Council.


            The Department of Natural Resources and Water (DNRW) is a Concurrence Agency to the original
            development application (DNRW Ref: 2007/005:305754).


            Accordingly we enclose a copy of the request to extend the relevant period of the approval lodged with
            Council, which includes:
                 Cover letter to Council
                 Signed land owner’s consent;
                 Completed Council form: and
                 A copy of the current decision notice issued 20 January 2012.


            The cover letter to Council sets out the details of the requested extension to the relevant period, and the
            facts and circumstances in support of this request. The conditions imposed by the concurrence agency to
            the original development application remain valid and would continue to apply to any extended approval.
