                                                                                                      facilitate quality leisure, employment, and
                                                                                                      recreation opportunities for the community.
                                                                                                      The proposal will support the local economy by way
                                                                                                      of providing the communities with access to diverse
                                                                                                      higher order services and facilitates to satisfy their
                                                                                                      individual needs.
