       (f)   Development does not adversely impact on the role of the major road network, particularly the Highway, in the efficient
             movement of freight through the Shire.
       (g)   Development does not increase the scale of the road network beyond that currently planned.
       (h)   Development provides for safe access to existing or future public passenger transport facilities.
       (i)   Development ensures that vehicle access does not compromise the capacity and safety of the road system.
       (j)   Development provides appropriate noise attenuation buffering between sensitive uses and arterial roads or rail corridors.
       (k)   New infrastructure is compatible with existing infrastructure, designed and constructed to a standard that meets community
             expectations and optimises whole of life cycle costs.
       (l)   Roads are designed and constructed to satisfy their specified functions and provide an appropriate level of flood immunity
             (including local flooding on roads).
       (m) Intersections and access points are designed and constructed to give a low key village look and feel rather than reliance on

             signalisation.
