2.2.3 Development Permit – MCU13/0251 (Shopping Centre)
16.   A development permit for a Material Change of Use – Retail business Type 2, Shop, Entertainment and
      dining business – Type 1 Food and beverages, Commercial Type 1 Office (MCU13/0251) was approved by
      Council on 30 May 2014.

17.    The approved development (MCU13/0251) varied the approved supermarket and altered the layout of all
       Stages associated with the ‘Essence of Peregian’ development.

18.    The approved shopping centre development (MCU13/0251) forms part of this development application,
       with access to the development area obtained through the approved access easement associated with the
       shopping centre from Sandpiper Court. As indicated in Figure 3 below, the approved shopping centre
       development has now been constructed.
