Planning Regulations (SPR) 2009. An overview of all applicable State interests has been provided in the
       following sections.

117. A review of the Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning mapping has indicated
that the subject sites are impacted by the following layers:
              Water Resources
o Water Resource Planning Area Boundary
              Coastal Protection
                    o Coastal Zone
              Koala Conservation
o Koala assessable development area (for information purposes only)
              Native Vegetation Clearing
                    o Category B regulated vegetation

118. In relation to the above‐identified layers, a review of the development has been undertaken against
Schedule 7 of the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009, which has confirmed that the application is not
required to be referred to SARA.

4.4.1 Unexploded Ordnance
119. As detailed on the Environmental Management Register and Contaminated Land Register (Appendix
11), the site has been identified as having a ‘substantial’ potential to be affected by residual
Unexploded Ordinance (UXO). Accordingly, this application is required to be referred to SARA.

4.4.2 Heritage
120. A search of the Queensland Heritage Place Register on 7 December 2016 confirms that the subject site
is not listed as a heritage place, and therefore the proposed development does not trigger assessment
      of heritage by the State.

4.5 Referral Agencies
121. As identified above, in accordance with the section 7, Table 3, Item 11 of the Sustainable Planning
Regulation 2009, this development application is required to be referred to the Department of Defense
       through SARA.
