2.0 THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
2.1    SUBJECT SITE

The subject site is located on a central thoroughfare through Peregian Beach at 215 David Low
Way, also described as Lot 77 on SP231615. As illustrated in FIGURE 2.1, the site will adjoin the
Peregian Village Market, which offers an IGA, pharmacy, and several other specialty shops. It also
adjoins the Peregian Beach Hotel, a drive through bottle shop, a childcare centre and the Noosa
National Park, which boasts numerous walking tracks that extend to Noosa Heads.

The site is located within easy walking distance (300m) of Peregian Beach, as well as proximate
to numerous cafes, restaurants, specialty stores and services (including a medical centre,
hardware retailer and realtor) along David Low Way, Heron Street and Kingfisher Drive,
consolidating residential and short term accommodation facilities within the core of Peregian.
