   Critiqued key trends in the Noosa and Sunshine Coast Tourism Region short-term visitor
    markets;
   Estimated the annual visitor market to Noosa and Peregian Beach and projected the
    growth of overnight visitors;
   Analysed key visitor target markets for short-term accommodation in Peregian Beach and
    reviewed the accommodation needs of these target markets;
   Analysed the demand for short-stay accommodation facilities and assessed any gaps in
    the short-term accommodation provision;
   Assessed the need for short-term accommodation facilities relative to the need for
    permanent residential forms; and
   Critiqued the economic benefits of the proposed development for Peregian Beach and
    the Noosa Shire.
