SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES                                                       4 FEBRUARY 2021




     1     2021/22 NOOSA COUNCIL BUDGET – SCENE SETTING
           The following material was presented to the meeting in relation to this item:

           Council Resolution
           Moved:            Cr Stockwell
           Seconded:         Cr Stewart
           That Council note the report by the Director Corporate Services to the Special Meeting
           dated 4 February 2021 and note the presentations provided at the meeting by the Chief
           Executive Officer and Director Corporate Services that set the scene for the beginning
           of the 2021/22 Council budget process and Council thank the Chief Executive Officer
           and the Director Corporate Services for the quality and depth of the analysis and
           comprehensive framing of the budget process.
                                                                          Carried unanimously.

     That the operation of the Standing Orders or any relevant provision thereof be suspended to
     allow Council to receive a presentation from the Infrastructure Project Officer in relation to
     Agenda Item 2.
                                                                           Carried unanimously.
