                                         3. The CFW is to personally check all landscaping
                                            has been attended to and no obvious fuel is
                                            located adjacent to any structures.
                                         4. The CFW is to permit all irrigations within
                                            landscaped areas to be switched on to “water
                                            down” all landscaped areas.
                                         5. The Senior Rooms Manager and Club House
                                            Manager is to ensure that the Club house is
                                            prepared to receive Hotel guests and staff should
                                            the Emergency warning esc=alate to an
                                            Emergency Warning level.

 Emergency warning is issued by          1. The GM is to give the Senior Rooms Manager
 Emergency Services                         instructions to issue an evacuation Notice too all
                                            Guests and Staff to evacuate to the designated
                                            Evacuation Centre, the Club House.
                                         2. The Senior Rooms Manager and designated Staff
                                            members are to assist all staff to evacuate from
                                            their rooms to the Evacuation Centre and for a
                                            record of all Guests and staff evacuated to the
                                            Evacuations Centre is to be made.
                                         3. The CFW is to be on standby to assist Emergency
                                            Service personnel should they be required to
                                            attend the Hotel and grounds as part of their
                                            bushfire suppression and management
                                            operations.
                                         4. The GM and CFW are to liaise with Emergency
                                            Services to be updated on the status of the
                                            bushfire emergency.
