The site is located in the Noosa Council suburb of Noosaville and is currently a vacant plot of
land located on the edge of the Noosa Civic commercial retail complex.

Noosa Council has approved Stockwell to construct Medihub, a multi-level medical facility with
basement car parking. On the northern side of the site is a vegetation covenant area that
extends east parallel with Eenie Creek Road and behind the existing retail outlet buildings.

A survey of trees over 100mm in diameter was completed on trees along the south boundary
of the covenant. 13 trees were recorded over 100mm in diameter and within 2m, or TPZ radius,
of influence; the information is presented in the Tree Schedule and Tree Plot Plan.

On the southern side of the covenant area is a 3-4m wide strip of early mature and juvenile
trees with a natural understory that appears to have regrown naturally since the site was
originally cleared 20 years ago. The ground gives the impression of having been shaped into
a swale drain running east to west the length of the boundary. This strip of land and vegetation
is outside the covenant area and is proposed to be cleared to allow for site access and the
reconfiguration of the swale to create an overland stormwater flow.
