The creation of the Swale batter will directly conflict with the surface root of the surveyed trees
on the southern boundary of the covenant area.

Access to the swale area will also be required to assist with the construction of the building.
Site-specific tree and/or ground protection measures will need to be implemented to limit the
ground disturbance whilst fulfilling the approved project design.
