boundaries. It was therefore considered prudent to firstly apply to the Department of
Environment and Resource Management (DERM) for approval to amend the
boundaries of the lease in order to resolve the encroachment issue. Approval was
granted and the subsequent boundary surveys have amended the lease boundaries
to the extent that the encroachment has been removed. I have attached a copy of
plan of survey SP233178 which is the current title plan for the site.

The structure was certified by Mr John Norden of John Norden and Associates
Structural and Civil Design Engineers on 1st September, 2010 (refer to attached
certification and plans). DERM subsequently issued a letter confirming evidence of
resource entitlement for the application on 15th November, 2010.

In support of this application I have enclosed three copies each of the following:

   1. IDAS Forms 1 and 28.
   2. Evidence of Resource Entitlement.
   3. An Assessment of Compliance with the relevant Planning Code.
   4. Engineering Certification.
   5. Engineering Plans.
   6. Photographs of the roofed deck.
   7. A Locality Plan.
   8. A copy of SP233178, and
   9. A cheque for $1508.00 in payment of the required application fee.
