            Bridal/Wedding Party photography will take place throughout the property and will be supervised at all times.

                 4.1. Use Area Controls
                 Guests will be prevented from venturing outside the approved use area via the following methods:
                     • String lights and guide fencing will be erected along the edges of the use area as a barrier to prevent
                         guests accidentally wandering into prohibited areas;
                     • The MC of the ceremony will notify and remind guests where they are allowed to go during the function;
                     • All guests will also be pre-advised by the wedding coordinator/MC where the prohibited and non-
                         prohibited areas are located;
                     • Signage will be erected permanently to guide guests towards non-prohibited areas; and
                     • Venue personnel will assist coordinators in directing guests towards non-prohibited areas.

            5. Hours of Operation
            The available hours of operation will be from 11am until 11pm Monday to Sunday.

            hosting micro/pop-up weddings (for example small elopements).

                 5.1. Bump-in
                 ‘Bump-in’ or ‘set-up’ occurs during 9am to 5pm either on the day of the event, or the day before the event
                 (depending on the size and requirements for each individual wedding/function). “Bump-in’ will be coordinated

            All food will be cooked and prepared by catering companies offsite and transported to the venue prior to service.
            Caterers will have a designated space at the rear of the marquee for food service.

            9. Bookings
            Clients will be required to sign a booking contract for all confirmed events. Should at any time the contract be in
            breach, the event can be shut down and guests will be evacuated immediately.
            Clients will also be required to engage an approved event on-day coordinator to ensure the events run to plan as per
