Site Preparation/Earthworks
Plantings will primarily consist of native endemic species to complement the existing environment and local council landscape design policy.
Prior to commencing work, the contractor must document the existing site conditions.
Surveillance and sightline criteria will be met to ensure safe and easy travel for residents throughout the development site.
All existing and proposed services on the site are to be located and clearly identified.
All building rubbish and harmful materials must be removed from the site and taken to an approved waste location.
Shade trees will be planted in carparking areas, driveways, walkways, and general hardstand areas to provide solar relief where practical and possible.
Landscape areas are to be scarified to a depth of 150mm to promote good growth for turf and planting.
Planting species will be selected for their aesthetic value, sustainability during water-conscious periods, and low maintenance qualities. Materials/Services
All plants selected are from native species listed in Table SC6.3.4.1 "Coastal Beachfront Area Species" of the Noosa Plan 2020. All materials used in the construction of the designed landscape must be of industry-standard quality and sourced sustainably where
