The MTA is expected to increase from approximately 34,540 people in 2012 to
35,430 people in 2026, resulting in total growth of 890 people. It is estimated
(based on typical population growth trends) that 50% of this additional population
or 445 people will require fulltime employment. The proposed office space is well
located and in an appropriate precinct to accommodate a portion of this demand.
