Landslide Hazard and Steep Land Overlay
Whilst the subject site is mapped as being prone to moderate
and high landslide hazard, the proposed built form will be
constructed predominately clear of the mapped extent, with
the mapped area being primary limited to the 10 metre wide
vegetation buffer located at the rear of the site.
Overall, the mapped landslide hazard was dealt with as part of
the higher order subdivision approval that created the site
(RAL20/0017) and does not require further consideration as
part of this application.
As such, no further assessment against the Landslide Hazard
and Steep Land Overlay Code is required.
Regional Infrastructure Overlay
The development will not adversely impact on the Lake
Macdonald water supply. Stormwater quality will be managed
onsite in accordance with the Stormwater Management Plan
in Appendix 5.
The proposed development suitably complies with the
Assessment Benchmarks of the Regional Infrastructure
Overlay Code.
