Local Government Work Care Self-Insurance Audit
In October 2022, our Council was selected as one of six councils to form part of the Local
Government Work Care Self-insurance audit. The audit focused on over 100 elements
under the National Audit Guidelines and was conducted over the month of October,
covering Council’s Safety Management System and how we undertake safety processes
and functions across the organisation. Council achieved an outstanding result of 72.9%.
