6       CONCLUSION


The Development Application is for the issue of a Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot – one lot into two
lots and Operational Work for civil works associated with the reconfiguration.

The proposed development complies with all of the Acceptable Outcomes of the Planning Scheme Codes which
are applicable to this development or alternative solutions have been provided.

The proposed reconfiguration is consistent with existing lot sizes within Currawong Crescent and would not have
an impact on services, nor would it be detrimental to the amenity of the area.
