It is noted that the proposed built to boundary garage wall to Unit 2 does not exceed 6.2 metres in length
and does not exceed 3 metres in height from natural ground. As such, the proposed built to boundary
garage wall complies with Acceptable Solution A2(d) of the QDC MP1.3, which does not permit built to
boundary walls for class 10A structures greater than 9 meters in length with a mean height of not more
than 3.5 metres.
It is proposed to retain the existing vehicle crossover to Ruby Street with proposed Unit 1 (existing
Dwelling) utilising this access. A new vehicle crossover will be constructed from Opal Lane to facilitate
access to the Unit 2 Dwelling.
The proposed Dual Occupancy units are depicted in Figures 3 and 4 below.
