  4.5  Recommendations
  Recommendations will be developed in an action plan format from the above information to inform
  future resource allocation, service delivery, realistic funding opportunities and infrastructure
  improvements for arts, culture and heritage in the Noosa Shire. It will identify the role of Council
  and other key stakeholders in:
  e  Support for artists and cultural entrepreneurs
  e  Provision of venues and other spaces that provide opportunity for individual and collective
     participation in arts, culture and heritage
  e  Support for community and voluntary organisations involved in in the arts, culture and heritage
     sector
  e Provision of opportunities for participation in the arts, culture and hentage as a creator or
     audience member.
  e  Tourism and creative industry sector development to encourage arts, culture and heritage
     activities and organisations that contribute to the local economy.
