RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Civil Operations Manager to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 11 October 2016 and:
A.   Endorse the appointment of Environmental Wastewater Catchment Services Pty Ltd trading
     as Enviro Sweep as sole provider of street sweeping services by Localbuy under
     arrangement LBNA04, and
B.   Adopt the recommended Level of Service for Street Sweeping as detailed in Table 2:
     Proposed Sweeping Frequencies provided in the report.



REPORT
In early 2014 a street sweeper vehicle and drivers were transferred across to Noosa Council as
part of the de-amalgamation project. At the time, Council agreed to trial a double shift arrangement
with the sweeper to achieve a higher level of service than was provided during the period of
operation under the Sunshine Coast Regional Council (SCRC). The table below was presented to
Councillors outlining the service levels:
